...with none of the harmful gook found in commercial aerosols and is damn useful with the air-fryer!

You get to fill (and refill) this with the oil of your choice. The aerosol effect is from air that you pump into the canister after filling in the oil. Pam otoh is a use and throw aerosol can which uses butane/propane as propellants.

I picked it up in the US but its also available on Amazon India for 1300 bucks.

If you can fill it with nitrogen, that will be great. Regular air (with O2 in it) at high pressure can soon make the oil go rancid.

Or, with nitrous oxide so you can laugh while cooking.

Good point. But the canister is small, and I only fill it about 40% full, so the oil is just enough for 3-4 days usage before it gets refilled.
