Ganga can't be cleaned unless the leather industry in Kanpur is properly regulated. Monomaniacs who control the industry and are the main polluters of the river will cry foul if BJP takes strong measures. Sikularists will jump up and down complaining of a communal agenda. Kancha Ilaiah will organize a beef eating and peeing into Ganga ceremony to protest against harassment of minorities. Extremely brilliant SuCh Sikular scholars will join CONmen in healing the deeply hurt sentiments of the pieceful.

I don't understand politics and religion interfering. Clean up the fricking river; and stop leaving burning corpses on it if you are going to call it holy and drink its badly contaminated, disease-prone, filthy water.
