what is a successful banker -- one who runs the bank into ground, either by mismanaging it or stealing its money, and then does the double-dipping by taking Govt. money in the name of saving the bank?

in this context it means a person who is getting a decent salary and making an honest living while doing so.

If that is the definition of a successful banker, a person who is getting a decent salary and making an honest living while doing so, then who is a banker or just ordinary banker according to you?
