Putin has the upper hand right now and he is doing something. China is doing something to handle the pieceful menace there. The world can endlessly debate on their techniques and do nothing. Obama is stuck with the US position on Assad. So, he can't go all out to eradicate ISIS. The way in which the US handled the Iraq situation shows how short-sighted it can be......
