India stood up against west in WTO talks.

Now it stands up as a champion of poorer countries to burn coal to generate energy. India's emissions will go up till 2050.

India also challenged the OECD ( developed nations) claim that they are on track to deliver 100 billion dollars to developing countries by 2020.
India says the OECD report is full of double counting and it could find only 2.2 billion dollars of real money.
