Don Trump said this in an election rally (December 2015) "Muslims should not be allowed entry in to America". (this is not an exact quote)

R.V. Dhulekar made the following statement at the Indian Constitutional assembly on December 10, 1946)  [Constitution Assembly Debates-Official Report, Volume 1 (p 26-27), Lok Sabha Secretariat, 1988]
"People who do not know Hindustani have no right to stay in India. People who are present in this House to fashion a Constitution for India and do not know Hindustani are not worthy to be members of this Assembly. They had better leave."  (this is the official translation)

There was and no such language. He was not referring to any language but rather the religion. He would have used the word "Speak" if he had meant lanuage.

BTW, I am glad that Trump is teaching the "intolerance" crowd what true intolerance is. The anti-hindu award returnees exaggerated use of "intolerance" is being given a lesson by Mr. Trump. Imagine anyone in India making an anti-musim speech with 1/10th intensity. Trump is equivalent of Owaisi/Geelani/Bukhari. I agree that Trump is (finally) saying what everyone is afraid of saying.
