haha.. that was my attempt at cheeky humor ... should have added a smilie or a wink or lol or something to make it obvious. Having said that, seeing the dance and some steps made me suddenly sad coz it reminded me of my niece (not too younger than me), who used to dance exactly like that and had the same hair and petite frame, but who is going through quite a bit of health issues (of herself and her kids) lately, and doing amazingly well with her strong determination. strange, coz i spent last many years mostly hating/cursing her (became better in last 2-3 years though, when she sorta corrected herself regarding her attitude towards my parents). I didn't expect this suddenly heavy heart seeing something simple like a madhuri dixit dance, and all those memories flooded in. I was going to write a long essay about it. But don't want to jinx anything atleast for next 6-12 months until we know better. For now, just feeling sad, and googling the hell out of 3 different serious diseases. She is just 7 years younger to me, but since we grew up close, i treated her like my baby sister. I usually don't say openly i hate anyone, especially a family member. But I made that exception with her unapologetically, and now I feel so bad about it. Who am I to hate anyone, so arrogant of me. Will try to change that next year.
7, ya i know. i mix nasal sounds often. hai/hain, aaye/aayein. all mixed up.
