...It is New Years and Floods in all 5 years. Missouri closes inter-state.

This is no fun.  Imagine driven out of your house and surrounded by water....wait...The Snowstorm Goliath is racing towards the east and imagine the water "freezing up" around the houses.  And people shivering in cold 20s with no power, gas, and water.  

This is 10x worse than Madras floods.
