commentator vinod gupta has eyes and words only for m. singh, and whines interminably about her second place. I doubt if singh was beenaM's pacer; the former is a competent middle-distance runner in her own right.

btw, moL = magaL (malayalam and thamizh) = daughter = (my little) girl. a large number of malayalee girls have a moL attached to their names; the more rural a girl is, the more likely that is.
