... i know you guys missed it so posting again. you don't have to understand hindi to see swapna fielding questions on cricket (gestures are enough). swapna is so strongly reminiscent of peter sellers in "the party" to the extent he out outclasses him. i am sure maxentropy man (il professore) will enjoy this blackface comedy. i hope he provides us with his "expert comments."

nitpicking. in the caricature (as a bangladeshi), moin akthar pronounces tea as "choi." it should have been " chA"

and now i cannot resist from posting his caricature of a trambrahm (obviously mehmood of padosan is his inspiration), yet again hoping for expert comments by il professore. i am an optimist.

and i am wrong! moin akhtar is right. he was lampooning bengali pronunciation in a comedy show in pakistan (i still wonder what the scotch tasting -- not imbibing -- Il Professore thinks about this blackface comedy; his surrogate, ms swapna, is welcome to substitute for him).

the pakistanis call tea chaEe. the bangladeshis chA. so it is natural akthar sahib would attempt calling chA in urdu and it would, obviously, come out as chOe.
