Stupid BJP should be holding demonstration on a daily basis across the country on THIS ONE anti-national issue. Dont know what Amit ji is doing and why is he not doing it.

Whether headley is a terrorist or not is not in dispute. He is caught and is providing verifiable information that comes from inside knowledge.
Common sense tells you Ishrat Jahan is in the company of jehadists. Headley adds to that logic.
Congress does not want to discuss the legal question whether police can kill an indian with terrorist or extremist connections without legal permission. Because congress itself is guilty of killing thousands of Indians for their political views.
So congress tried to reinvent facts by hiding information and misinforming court. Congress tried to convert the issue to Ishrat Jahan is not a jehadist issue instead of fighting actual legal battle of killing without legal permission.
Common sense tells you Ishrat Jahan is in the company of jehadists. Headley adds to that logic.

You joined the congress crowd to make Ishrat jahan innocent. It is not important for me whether Ishrat is innocent or not.
To me evidence suggests Ishrat is a jehadist, But India as a country with constitution cannot kill people because of their beliefs and opinions. Ishrat was killed by police without any constitutional process. That is the legal issue here.
