made me hungry over weekend so had egg kottu & fish fry at this new place in plano called kumar's. it's heavy but fairly decent tasting:

Good to know. As I am planning to fly to Dallas during the memorial day weekend I might try this in the Desiland. If not, tehre is always that great ChatHouse.
