China is locked in a dispute over the oil and gas rich spratley and paracel islands in the south china sea with vietnam and other nations , and armed confrontations have occurred . 

In this scenario the brahmos missile ( which can smash into a warship at three times the speed of sound at a distance of nearly 300 km ) could prove to be a deadly threat to chinese warships patrolling the south china sea , provided the indian government really has the guts to sell it to vietnam over strong chinese objections .

India should tell China that it will not sell Brahmos to Vietnam if China stops using PakiSatan as a concubine.
