Recently my Muslim neighbor refused to eat the chicken I cooked because it was marinated with a couple of tea spoons of brandy. Alcohol is Haraam for him.
Islam prohibits consumption of alcohol. Even if a bartender is a teetotaler, he/she is still aiding and abetting consumption of alcohol and is thus in violation of Islam's rules.

So in keeping with the holy tradition of Ramadan it's time the Islamic clerics issued a fatwa against all Muslims who are bartenders or work in breweries, distilleries and so on.
