....Kennedy’s handwritten letter was accompanied by a technical note from the chairman of the US Atomic Energy Commission, setting out the assistance his organisation would provide to Indian atomic scientists to detonate an American device from atop a tower in Rajasthan desert.

Nehru was more interested in being called a statesman than in India's security. I don't think he viewed himself as an Indian. He apparently told Galbraith that he would be the "last European" to rule India. His brand of socialism was also very bad for India. The only good things he did were building the research base and the IITs; he also allowed democracy to succeed.

He did provide stability and I think any of the other titans - Patel, Rajaji, Kamraj - would have provided that as well.

The great Modi begs the Tamil Chief Jayalilitha to ally with BJP and she has no interest. Why should she? There is no gain for her or party. Actually she may lose seats.

She should put following conditions before any alliance.

1) Pay all TN debts. Now it is estimated as Rupees 2.11 lakh crores.

2) Make Tamil available as optional subject in all KV, CBSE and modern schools.

3) Allow state languages (questions and answers) as option for all job and educational exams.

4) Shoot, disable and drag to a South port the next SL navy ship that attacks TN fishermen.

This is our suggestions to the Tamil leader.

Hey Kayar,
So, you think that Hindian Modi will shiver in his pants, prostrate in front of Ammaa and take a WB loan to please the elephant? Whether DMK or AIADMK is in power in TN, the central governments are used to unreasonable demands from the CMs. Soonya even allowed Raja, Kani and Maran to rob the nation in broad daylight.
How is butcher Prabhakaran coping with the hot burning Hindian oil?

You should ask the soon-to-be-in-hell MK to give up his and his family loot...more than 3 lakh crores.

BTW, when did you open your own brand of schools?
