I have attended initial lecture/intro years back when I was trying other meditations. I thought the initial class is for 3 days. I have friends who have attended 3 day and 10 day courses. They gave +ve feedback. No cell phones no internet no outside connection for 3 or 10 days. It is free and done on mostly from donations. Goodluck!

My wife did. As Fluteholder mentioned, it is free and you need to be prepared for a 10 day stint. In your case, you will have a chance to delete your sikularism LOL.
