The story about Clinton is actually untrue. The New York Times reported back in 1992 that her husband Bill Clinton was an honorary member of the Little Rock Country Club because he was the Governor of Arkansas.

http://www.nytimes.com/1992/03/21/us/the-1992-campaign-democrats-clinton-says-golfing-at-all-white-club-was-mistake.html

But Mr. Clinton's own explanation made it clear that he was aware that the country club, where he is an honorary member as Governor, has no nonwhite members. "A guy asked me to play nine holes of golf," Mr. Clinton said. "It was the only place we had time to play. I should not have done it."

Now about Trump...

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/inside-the-governments-racial-bias-case-against-donald-trumps-company-and-how-he-fought-it/2016/01/23/fb90163e-bfbe-11e5-bcda-62a36b394160_story.html

When a black woman asked to rent an apartment in a Brooklyn complex managed by Donald Trump’s real estate company, she said she was told that nothing was available. A short time later, a white woman who made the same request was invited to choose between two available apartments.

The two would-be renters on that July 1972 day were actually undercover “testers” for a government-sanctioned investigation to determine whether Trump Management Inc. discriminated against minorities seeking housing at properties across Brooklyn and Queens.

Federal investigators also gathered evidence. Trump employees had secretly marked the applications of minorities with codes, such as “No. 9” and “C” for “colored,” according to government interview accounts filed in federal court. The employees allegedly directed blacks and Puerto Ricans away from buildings with mostly white tenants, and steered them toward properties that had many minorities, the government filings alleged.

In October 1973, the Justice Department filed a civil rights case that accused the Trump firm, whose complexes contained 14,000 apartments, of violating the Fair Housing Act of 1968.

Now about Trump:

“I do want to express thanks to you, Donald Trump, for being with us tonight,” Jackson said to his guests. “Beyond that, in terms of reaching out and being inclusive, he’s done that too,” Jackson said, before once again introducing Trump to his coalition.

More about Trump... from the same timeframe as the falsehood-based aspiring meme in the original post.

http://www.nytimes.com/1991/07/14/books/the-down-side-of-the-donald.html

Speaking about a black accountant at Trump Plaza, Mr. Trump, according to the author, opined that "laziness is a trait in blacks" and said to Mr. O'Donnell: "I've got black accountants at Trump Castle and at Trump Plaza. Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day."

"The stuff O'Donnell wrote about me is probably true." -- Donald Trump in an interview with Playboy magazine in 1997.

Also from the same period...

http://www.upi.com/Archives/1992/10/19/Trump-Plaza-loses-appeal-of-discrimination-penalty/1911719467200/

The Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino has lost a bid to overturn a $200,000 penalty imposed because managers catered to the presumed prejudices of a high roller by removing a black dealer from his table.

A New Jersey appeals court upheld a ruling by the Casino Control Commission.

The court also ruled that the penalty, one of the highest ever from the Division of Gaming Enforcement, was not disproprotionate to the offense.

A two-judge panel said most of the witnesses for the Trump Plaza were high-ranking executives who had 'an identity of interest' with the casino, while many of those who testified for the Division of Gaming Enforcement were current employees who were risking their jobs by testifying against their employer.

'In our view, the transcript fairly reeks of Trump Plaza's guilt,' the judges said.
