This guy thinks Nate Silver's models are overly conservative. I've been reading a bit about his work and he totally ignores national polls (unlike NS) and forecasts strictly based on state polls. He gives a win probability to Clinton of > 99%.

Trump has no path to 270 without flipping a blue state. So he has to go into blue states where he is least behind. And Clinton should defend those states. They also need to remind their views to not be complacent about their state. Not exactly panic as much as pragmatic politics.
