===> While it is admirable what Mr. Hakeem is doing but government regulations also matter especially with regard to school buildings and teacher training etc. Otherwise we will see more of the kinds of terrible incidents like what happened ten years ago in Kumbakonam, TN. A lot of children died in a fire accident in a privately run school by some greedy operators.
