Recently SL navy killed 1 TN fisherman and injure 1.

In a TV interview, the injured fisherman still in bed says "we ohoned the Indian navy and said SL is shooting us. Indian navy did not understand because we so=poke Tamil. The dead fisfhereman could have been saved if Indian navy came and helped us becayse the deAD man was alive for 1 hour.

Should all people working in TN know Tamil?

So, you want to make Tamil the national language? How many people in India speak Tamil?
Why didn't the fishermen shout in English (help, help, help!!!)?!?!?
Even rural farmers in BIMARU states know the word "help".
