......There is no such a thing as "God" in the Indian thought. All they suggested is that there is a fundamental reality and that everything can identify itself with it. If that reality is God, then, everything is God including all Kafirs.....

There can be J-M, C-M and M-M synthesis. But, there can never be a H-M synthesis. Semitic dogma survives on the belief that non-Semitic faiths are WRONG.

This is not Hinduism, it is Advaita Vedanta. Vakavaka thinks Hinduism = Advaita, but that is not true. Many great hindu philosophers have criticized Advaita. The primary focus of the criticism is that, according to Advaitins, the world as we know it is ultimately unreal.

And even Advaita has a counterpart in Islam, and that is Sufism. Of course, sufis do not talk of the world being ultimately unreal (maya), but they do talk of identifying oneself with God.
