I read an article in the yoga journal (that I get in my FB) that it has become fashionable to go condo (a new term that I learned from that article) for the yoga classes. That it's trendy. I thought that it was a weird and useless article. Who'd do that, I thought. I mean, i'd wear the seamless ones, but going condo? Eeww! Then accidentally I notice the one next to me in the yoga had gone condo. And then, I notice it consciously. There are quite a number not just in yoga classes, but in zumba doing the same. Hmmm!!

@ farting. It can happen. Somebody in my fitness group in whatsapp was making fun of a fat woman next to her in the yoga class farting. They were doing 'Pavan mukth asan' (gas release pose). That pose is supposed to release gas if you have a gas build up in your intestinal track.

I am usually in the first row for all the classes. I ain't watchin no one's butts. Want to watch myself in the mirror (which is in the front)

I am usually in the first row for all the classes. I ain't watchin no one's butts. Want to watch myself in the mirror (which is in the front)

cool.. the first time up, I was in the last row, and close to the windows. It was a hot yoga class, so I felt less claustrophobic next to windows, and they would let you crack it open sometimes. (in general I am always in the last row of classes of all types, or as close to the last as possible) ... but that was not a problem, coz we were not directly behind each other. Problem (well, not really a problem), happened when we had to turn to the right, stretch out, bend forward and look up. Yep, the guy next to me. .... anyway, don't think guys give a damn though.

Ok, the correct Sanskrit name is: pavanamuktasana. I cut out the vowels and trifurcated it for the easy understanding of north indians Smile
