I prepared cauliflower last night and forgot to switch off the stove properly last night. As a result cauliflower cooked all night on low heat. I realized that now switched of the stove and tasted it, it tastes really good. Since it is slow cooked, it is almost baked on stove. Best cauliflower I ever made.

That's how my mom cooks all the dishes. Almost. Hours on end on low flame. All the veggies turn unrecognizable without any nutrition, but they taste great.

This reply box seems to open for every post, and it's sorta like an invitation to reply to every post!
