It is the dagger in fior Tamil nationalist hands that make Hindian politicians at least pay some attention to Rama Raos.

Rao seems to hint Telengana gov would pay for Telugu knowing officers at Gulf embassies. No. India should pay in the same way Hindi officers are paid around the world.
