What can you tell your humble disciple about the Landmark Forum?

My view of many of these non-degree "training" programs should be looked at with some skepticism. But, for those whose jobs do not present them opportunities in some of the skills like inter-personal skills, presentation, crisis management, mediation, and other "personal management" skills, these training courses can provide the much needed break. Landmark plans - i understand - are around $500 for 3 days plans(?). That is a small amount and can be tried without too much loss.

I would say...it is worth spending/wasting $500 that too over 3 days.

What these "training plans"offer are "in-situ" and instant opportunities for people to immerse in.

I should go to one of these training class and collect some disciplees.

Saamiyaar, I was hoping you would say more about when it stops being "in-situ" and starts becoming more Amway.

It does appear like amway. But, the Amway guys - the ones at the top of the order - are very good PR people. One can learn quite a bit.
For $500, 3 days of food, and some lessons - not bad.

I've always been curious about Landmark Forum but get put off by the fervent zeal with which its evangelists - mostly colleagues who have attended their programs - push it.
