Have people vote in the parliamentary elections (for Lok Sabha or the Lower House of Parliament) for only those candidates (seeking Lok Sabha seats) who belong to the political party (or alliance) which formally announces the name of its potential Govt. leader (prime minister) beforehand (before the parliamentary elections).

In addition, the person nominated by a party / alliance as its potential Govt. leader (PM) should be required to run for a Lok Sabha seat as MP (member of parliament in the Lower House) in the same parliamentary election and, in case his / her political party / alliance wins the majority of seats in Lok sabha), he / she should assume the role of Govt. leader (PM) only if he / she has won a seat himself / herself as MP in Lok Sabha.
