..although it seems premature to get excited over Chinese and other Asian lenders going gangbusters to fill the vacuum left by departing European banks. There is the small matter of commercial real estate being wobbly in a volatile business climate. I can see these guys cherry picking deals in select high-demand markets, but that's about it.
