I don't think so. The language is patently Indian English; for instance the usage of "revert" in that context. The style of dating is Indian as well. I don't know if Swiss banks can legally hold funds in Indian rupees.

Right. So this Bank offers up account holders' names and bank balances in INR Crores (haha!) and wants their "complete business details" from the GoI so it can do what?? Bwahahahaha....

Btw, I don't think the SBC logo is valid any more. They are now UBS.
