conrad wolfram is full of bovine excrement. his talk is about solving problems, not about mathematics.

his brother, stephen, despite his ph.d. in physics from caltech at an early age, is equally full of the same stuff.

designing and developing mathematica, a splendid piece of software, and simulating complex behaviour by combining simple elements in a computer, is not the same as discovering how the universe works.

with so many words, these two say so little; they are pulling the wool over naive people's eyes.

i do, however, wish them the best with alpha, a worthwhile mega-project and product.
