The RCB cricketer allegedly misbehaved with the woman, a US citizen, at a five-star hotel early this morning and has been arrested, the police said. The victim claimed that the player invited himself for some drinks with the couple and some common friends from Mumbai in their room. She left the men alone and went to her bedroom for catching some sleep but Luke followed her and misbehaved with her. When her fiance intervened, Luke allegedly beat him up, she alleged. The woman's fiance has been admitted to a hospital where a CT scan has been done, doctors attending to him said.

Meanwhile junior Mallya promised that "If luke is in the wrong, then trust me he will face the necessary sanctions. But what this girl is doing is idiotic."

The victim in the molestation case claimed that she was threatened by IPL players to drop the case. She pleaded with the government of India to help her in the matter. Revealing the details of the incident, the woman, an American national, said, "Luke followed us to our room. He came inside. When I asked him to leave, he molested me. When my fiance intervened and asked him to leave, he punched him repeatedly."

An outraged Mallya claimed that the issue was being highlighted because everyone wanted a good scandal. "First SRK, now this...everyone loves a good scandal. Why can't ppl just enjoy the cricket...has everyone forgotten chris' 100 last night?"

The alleged victim of molestation has said she will sue Sidhartha Mallya for defamation. But Mallya later told the CNN-IBN that he was wrong to use abusive language in his tweet.

===> If an Indian does this in Australia, he won't be out on bail.
