A Black woman who was in her thirties posted a message in Sulekha about having met a Nadar kid in Chennai during a business trip to India. The kid was in his mid twenties.
Apparently she was attracted to the boy and visited Chennai three more times just to 'see' her lover.
If she had a child through this desi, would she have been able to sue him in an Indian court for child support?

of course, she could. But, the key question is if any eventual award (as and when it happened) could be transferred to her grandkids.

If he had any political connections, he would have kidnapped girls in his car while driving and raping those girls around town.
