Tamil Tribune quoted BBC - The Metropolitan Police Services (MPS) in London says that Tamil is among the top ten languages used by the Londoners in accessing emergency services.

Sure you can call Delhi cops in Tamil too. Or for that matter in any language. They're equally unresponsive in any language.
