for chemistry was won by a major collaborator of ours. We have 3 grants together. We are all basking on reflected glory.

I am going to take a wild guess and say..your Science teacher did not do anything like this and you were NOT 250th in your class:)

It sure looks like I will be on next years Nobel list. The committee is unable to decide how they could give 2 Nobels at the same time to me (one is for Literature).

Not just one - but all my teachers wrote me off.

Chemistry prizes are given to biochemistry research areas these days. Last year the prize was given to pure chemistry work on graphenes.

ed: there is no prize exclusively for biology.
