Mr. Rana, the mayor of Gandhinagar in Gujrat moved from CONgress to BJP and here is a comment of a reader that I read (http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/blow-to-congress-ahead-of-polls-loses-gandhinagar-corporation-mayor-to-bjp-286830?pfrom=home-otherstories):
