God knows where and how these men made that kind of money. May be they are getting kickbacks from the contractors servicing their employers. Or they could be businessmen selling adulterated products.

Fifteen years from now, imagine how much he would be willing to bribe or 'donate' to get his son into medical school.

And the kid if he becomes a doctor will rip off the patients by overcharging them and make them undergo procedures totally unnecessary, steer them to medical labs owned by him and his crooked doctor friends.

The cycle never ends.

Corruption breeds corruption.
