they used to play this game of refusing to sell karnataka power. have they stopped using that as a bargaining chip?

btw does anybody know which state is the most efficient producer of agricultural products based on productivity per capita, per unit arable land area, per unit liter of water used in irrigation, per unit of power expended etc.?

Cauvery Authority made its decision. Since bouth Kar and TN are currently Indian states, it is Inddian responsibility to enforce it. Hindia refuses to do soi and keep watching with glee the 2 southern states fight.

GOI owns Neyveli and makes sure Kar gets electricity from there. TN has no say.

Now Kar wants electricity from Kudangkulam and will get it because GOI owns it.
