RSS Chief Mullah gives expert opinion...

...New Delhi: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat on Friday kicked up a controversy with his remark that rapes happened in cities and not in the rural areas. "Such crimes hardly take place in Bharat, but they frequently occur in India," Bhagwat said seeming to indicate that "westernization" in Indian cities was the reason behind increasing cases of rapes.
I went to the RSS office last year... The building was modern with 24 hr hotwater and A/C rooms. This was a far cry form the building they had 10 years ago.
Where was the Bharatization of their offices.

What a buffoon. Must be blind and deaf in addition to being dumb. Rural women live under the threat of rape day in and day out. And usually, except in the most egregious of cases, they never even get reported because the attackers are usually of the more dominant caste and police presence minimal.
And in Kashmir / North East / tribal areas, the less said the better. Mass rapes are the weapon of choice of rebel groups, army, maoists, state-supported militias, cops and any bunch of men with guns.

I guess he is upset about the reporting of rapes in urban India, that is India. In rural India, that is Bharat, we know the right way to deal with rape: just do it, and forget about it.

ROFL. But I must say, those unkils in Nagpur have an amazing knack at misjudging public opinion and putting their feet in their mouths.

Just do it as it is your right - by caste, wealth, gender, and status. remember it is not a rape if the woman is not killed or reports the incident.
There is very little hope in this area. It has only become worse.
