should Charvak compensate [named removed by Admin] for the time he has spent at suCH?
should Charvak compensate [named removed by Admin] for the time he has spent at suCH?
during the last one to two years, admin charvak has spent, and continues to spend, a great amount of time at suCH, much of it in the daytime, harassing members, especially those who are not telugus or hindus, slandering relatives of members who play no role at suCH, and providing his accomplices a platform from which to attack "the others" with impunity. is charvak's employer, [name removed by Admin], entitled to compensation from him for the time he diligently spends here?

JM, you have just violated a basic rule of this forum when you mentioned the private information of a poster -- in this case, the name of my purported employer. As a poster, I do want this information removed.
Please do not disclose private information about other posters. I remember you suggesting that doing so may be illegal.

The survey is mischievously flawed. It combines different issues; stealing time from company, spending time on SuCH. For example either of the 2 answers will implicate PP. That is a seriously biased survey.
Also, PP harassing those who are NOT hindus??? Like who ? You ? if it is you, then you are disqualified in starting a survey that involves you indirectly. Then who else is he harassing ?
Rashmunullah ? Are you saying he is not a Hindu ? Beware that you newfound gay friendship will be jeopardized.

Yes, the survey is completely one-sided so disqualified. Who are the non-Hindus being harassed here? If Luke is one of those, he is usually the harasser not the harassed. Speaking of which, he used to harass Maria (a non-Hindu) as the Kishtian girl. Is that okay in his book because he is a fellow Christian? This survey is nothing but a vendetta to settle scores with Carvaka.

Are you indirectly hinting that Rashmun's employers should seek compensation? He spends a lot more time on SU-CH than anyone else.

Seriously, who died and made you the Time Card Nazi?
Most people who post here during the day do so on their employer's clock. So what is the "time threshold" before you decide to cry foul and threaten to call their employer -- 30 mins/day? an hour/day? 2 hours/day? Or, do you only go by the time someone spends criticizing you for not living up to the same ethical standards you expect of others and for being a hypocrite?

In hundreds of posts over the years, you have used the purported names of several posters. In your own wrods: whether or not those names are actually those of the posters in question, your deeds violate criminal and civil laws, and well-known ethical standards.
Here are three quick instances of your deeds that violate criminal and civil laws, and well-known ethical standards.

I know for a fact that you brought up Tiana's real name to mock her on several occasions. I also remember Moxi asking you to refrain from doing so because of privacy rights but that never stopped you. Frankly, I don't care if it was you or someone else who initially "outed" Tiana because that is irrelevant. What is relevant as being unethical and incivil is that you continued to harass Tiana using her real name despite protests from her and others. So it is untrue that you never disclosed anyone's private info.
I think it is silly to threaten anyone here about calling their employer because most posters are at work during the day. By your definition they are all cheating on their employers when they browse or post, so why pick on Carvaka in particular? Why should the time threshold apply only to the time spent (real or imagined) in incivility?

the last two are obvious parodies of incongruent names i made up for self-loathing southern indians who aspire to more "fashionable" northindian names. and it was tiana herself who disclosed her pen-name to be meghana joshi; you'll have to ask her why.
i used "mrs" with meghana joshi for the same reason i use mrs with vidya bagchi and shrivastav-khare -- to stress my belief that they are traditional, firmly-married women with children, and not the mini-skirted, nubile young maidens over whom your bro propagandhi experiences spontaneous ejaculations.
you have always been angry and upset about my parodying telugus for their self-loathing ways, but that doesn't mean that i violate people's privacy or break laws. others do, especially propagandhi and hellsangel; they do so routinely. you knew all this, and yet you accused me of violating laws and ethics! you are therefore a liar and a hypocrite of low ethical standards who needs to be sent off to reform school or whipped by the employer you steal from every day.

Hahaha! Your paranoia is my best reward from this thread. I don't need HA's help to find many, many more instances. I even posted the first time you mentioned Tiana's real name several years ago. You conveniently went groundhog on that thread. I also posted a warning given to you several years ago to not disclose the names, etc. of other posters.Jeremiah Mburuburu wrote:you and hellsangel searched years of posts, and this is all you could dig out!panini press wrote:Here are three quick instances of your deeds that violate criminal and civil laws, and well-known ethical standards.

Your parodying of Telugus has nothing to do with privacy violations. Your repeated use of purported names of people, despite several warnings from other posters, violates people's privacy and break laws. "time threshold" is your term. because of the malicious use to which the employer's time is put, the employer should know, so that they can educate and retrain the rogue poster, or otherwise deter him. this applies particularly to charvaka because he set up this site and made himself its admin, so that he and his tribe can engage in incivility with impunity.goodcitizn wrote:I think it is silly to threaten anyone here about calling their employer because most posters are at work during the day. Perhaps you think I am biased against you, so here are questions you need to answer from those more favorably disposed towards you.Jeremiah Mburuburu wrote:hahaha. he's one busy boy!
