In a shocking incident, an elderly woman was killed and her husband got wounded as the couple was thrown out of a moving train by government railway police (GRP) personnel for boarding the wrong train, police said on Wednesday.

I fervently wish the old couple are related to a high level bureaucrat or a minister. Then only the thugs in the police uniform will be given put in jail.

I think these NI cops would have done the same thing to any SI who did not know Hindi and got into that train by mistake.

How do you know the couple or SI or dont know Hindi?

In any case, There was an incident a few years ago in Thiruchi Airport. A airport security police allegedly molested a woman. The husband interfered and asked him and talked to him first in Tamil and then English. The policeman continuede to speak in Hindi. The couple went to his superior. He cannot speak English either. This was in newspaper.

I have read on Internet that coast guards on Kerala coast cannot speak Malayalam but only Hindi.
