Wasn't bad. I used Chinese bok choi, Taiwanese bok choi, edible bamboo, spongy tofu (plain not fried) and two kinds of hot pot sauce for the two different sides of the pot which has a kind of wedge in between ( go to google images and type hot pot).

Next time I am going to add mushrooms in the hot pot. Btw spongy tofu rocks.
