Objections with Colors TV Baalika Badhu serial social activists need to take this up

Was never really into watching these soaps and never ever watched Ekta soaps..however Baalika Badhu had caught my attention because of the little Anandi (Avika Gor) character - mischievous, smart, fiery, considerate, a child and a little woman all in one... so at dinner time sometimes did catch up with this serial. However with the entry of the character Gauri this serial has become INTOLERABLE. Undertandably the objective of the writers and the channel management is to send a message that child marriage is wrong and because of that mistake committed by the older generaitons, the younger folk should not suffer....so they went ahead and showed that Jagiya falls for Gauri and they get married despite his first wife being there. At this juncture we can still pardon the writers and dismiss the storyline with the argument that some people like Jagiya and Gauri are just too materialistic, selfish, inconsiderate, imbalanced, immoral and hence without bothering about the consequences of their actions or about how it will impact everyone else in the family they commit such gross wrongs. However the writers did not stop at that villanish representation of the two. Flaw number 1: They want to project them as fairly right in their actions, they want to project Gauri as not so bad, Jagiya as loving dadisa and hence they orchestrated a scene where forcibly the family who detests them has to agree to have them treat dadisa. Flaw number 2 : They want to show Gauri concerned about dadisa's health, concerned about wanting the blessings of the family on their marriage, concerned about being integrated and accepted by the family...How ridiculous is that expectation!! When she has shown no discretion, no sense of shame, no concern for Anandi, when she has trampled over a life knowingly in the excuse that she too was married to Jagiya earlier (annulled and void child marriage), how can she expect anyone in the family to accept her? Flaw number 3 : Anandi was always shown to be smarter, more sensible, sharper, and better in studies and she would have aced more than either of those two nincompoops J and G, but not once do they remind these two that in order to pamper Jagiya's ego dadisa had deliberately curbed the dreams of Anandi and forced her to burn her books and not study further. Anandi still became merit rank holder in SSC despite all those excesses. Writers have completely forgotten all this and they shamelessly talk of "Anandi's unsuitability for Jagiya" in his eyes! Most ridiculous! Flaw number 4: Cant the family call other doctors from Jaipur? Cant they shift dadisa to the hospital in Jaiipur? Why the hell would they take the obligation of these wastrels and give them an upper hand? Flaw number 5: How can an educated girl, someone who is a doctor even think of marrying an already married man? Howcome the family has not given their piece of mind to that pro*titute Gauri? I have written to the Colors CEO Raj Nayak that he needs to scrap writers if they cannot serve the channel's objectives of increased TRPs or spreading the right kind of social messages. In the attempt to show child marriage in a bad light they are making second marriage as the norm. Nonsense!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (aside) hows everyone doing? is ch closing down really?
