...i quit my job and do my dancing full time. my dream, my peace and my passion. I am having a set back right now wrt my knee but will bounce back. Why am i saying this here? because i am too much of a show offeran in real life to admit my impediment...

I think you should check your diet and revise it and include little ghee, more fruits and drink horlicks or include egg whites/diary in ur diet.
