Why haven't Hindians call for the ban of DMK?

A Wikileaks memo reveals thata DMK minister asked a US diplomat in Chennai in the 1970s if US would support the TN gov (DMK) if it declared unilateral independence of TN. According to Indian law it is treason. Why haven't any Hindian politician call for DMK ban and Karunanidhi's arrest? What is the reason?
NTL leader Seeman was arrested for something related to TN independence (he did not call for independence). Here is DMK which asks US support for unilateral declaration of independence. Why no call for action against DMK? Why? Why?

Perhaps, the Hindian Govt is waiting for its authentication - once it appears in www.tamiltribune.com, the Hindians will be convinced of its authenticity and swing into action.
