Looking at the success of Jaya, Mulayam and Nitish start BIMARU canteens!

Looks like even K'nidhi, Dayalu amman and Kanimozhi will be eating at Ammaa canteens. It is time that Mulayam and Nitish also started such schemes. Nitish tried hard to get the prestigious backward state label from MMS and it didn't work. Mulayam voted for UPA every time CBI threatened to revive cases against him. What if CONwallahs don't need Mulayam's support? He'll be screwed. So, to increase SP's popularity, what can Mulayam do? May be he can distribute bhang for free. How about Nitish? Give paan for free for every Bihari?

I am not sure why you are taking a dig at Puratchi Thalavi.
She is doing a great service.
1. These canteens are setting an example in hygenic practices for other restuarants.
2. By giving poor people good quality food, Amma is able to prevent the Evangelists from providing food and convert them.
I have only two issues.
1. How are the plates cleaned? Do they use hot running water and clean them individually? Or do they dip all of these plates and cups in one bucket of water and wipe them dry with dirty cloth?
2. I see well dressed middle class well educated fellows also eating there. Shame on them. This is meant for the poor. A guy who makes Rs. 50,000 a month has no business of eating there. These guys are similar to what JM once referred to well-to-do OBCs like Ponniyin Selvan as free-loaders who game the system to gain admission to colleges and get backward caste scholarships.
