The above link provides you the first of 13 parts on you tube. From 2001.
This effort captures the journey of man from African bushman to current day world. It uses Dna evidence to trace how man travelled across the world and reached India, Australia, central Asia, north America and Europe.
Evidence is available to show Australian bushman travelled from Africa along Indian coast line.
Africans travelled to India 50 thousand years ago. Waves of migrations occurred in later years from middle east, central Asia and north east India.

These markers are y chromosomes related studies.
Other studies show strong similarity between all castes and regions of india.
No solid evidence of a migration between 1500 to 3000 b.c. to support Aryan invasion theory.
However north and west Indians have markers related to central Asians an Europeans.
