According to the TV news, the Goodwill Industries pay less than the minimum wage to their handicapped employees while their directors and CEO etc. receive salaries and benefits in hundreds of thousands dollars each year.

Unless there is a Max/min wage ratio in any work setup, this sort of exploitation - in the name of business strategies - WILL go on uninhibited hook or by crook. Such a strategy will hamper development is all a bunch of crap, fully loaded sewage crap.

Recently my CEO at Job2 was fired and they find a lot of irregularities. This has become public. Am learning a lot of legal tricks and selfish agenda on the part of everyone involved in this litigation. This indeed is a fully funny, terribly treacherous, seriously selfish, and hyper hypocritical world.

Just terrible. Anyone, who is hired for the job even if handicapped, should be paid the regular wage.

In my view the role of CEOs in companies are highly exaggerated...They invariably depend on a bunch of "advisors". Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Ellison, etc.. can be cited as examples but there is one thing that differentiates them. They were CEOs of the babies they created. Look at Vikram Pandit, Numeorus Wall-street looters, and hired CEOs of coproations. They have no "attachment"to the company and there only for their own money.

Anyone who puts money as #1 priority is trouble in my book.

Money and Beauty should always - always be #2 in anyone's list.
