No. I am hoping there might be people with sufficient legal knowledge to answer my question. I think it is possible to have knowledge about certain aspects of the law without being a lawyer.

I think you should complain to the FBI as this forum is (most probably) hosted in the US and your ass is getting handed to you on this forum by primarily US-based posters. This is what you should do, in this order:
