Shoba De recognizes how Hyderabad has been developed and how politicians from the region surrounding Hyderabad (Telangana) have behaved like Shiv Sena (Andhrawaalo bhaago, etc.). Mumbai, which is a much bigger cosmopolitan city, also faced similar political rhetoric and intimidation of NIs, SIs, Biharis, etc. So, she is suggesting that Mumbai be made a state by itself. Hopefully, Shiv Sena goons won't murder her in the name of Maharashtra pride. Telangana pride..... Hmm.....
