You speak like a typical North Indian who cares more about promoting Hindi in South India than promoting literacy in North India.

Seriously though, it may not be a bad idea from state bifurcation stand point, each of the regions get to develop their own state capital in turn would get a chance to develop other parts their respective states.

 I suggested this sometime ago. The response was mixed - T guys opposing and SA guys jumping up and down in joy. Come think of it, it should be T guys who should be jumping up and down. Just look at Gurgaon and Noida! Most guys in Rangareddi and Medak will become instant crorepatis and they will have much more development in and around Hyderabad.
