Re: a shining star from Max's college / B.U.?
That's possible. But still there is a connection between the two, in terms of the same college / campus. Who knows Max now may be conducting classes for students in the same halls / rooms where Anita once got her lessons during the BS.Marathadi-Saamiyaar wrote:Max must have been in grad school at far away mountain city when this Anita did her BS at BU.Seva Lamberdar wrote:http://www.linkedin.com/in/anitasen

My guess is that you are gossiping about other people, and violating the privacy of another poster by talking about his purported place of employment. Whether Max's place of employment is what you claim it to be is not at all relevant.Seva Lamberdar wrote:Take a guess Idefix.Idéfix wrote:Sevaji, did Max ever tell you where he taught or teaches?

No, I am just pointing out what Sevaji is doing. I have no idea whether the information Sevaji is claiming is true or not.Marathadi-Saamiyaar wrote:Looks like you are confirming his place of employment.....hm...making a fast mental note.Idéfix wrote:My guess is that you are gossiping about other people, and violating the privacy of another poster by talking about his purported place of employment. That's fine but what if the member had previously revealed certain info. about himself, can that be made public (reposted) by another member, or not?

Let us say that I say that you work at the WHITE HOUSE. How can you or anyone PROVE (the operative word) that I revealed your employment location? Dont I have to post some proof with my claim or you to post some proof?
Otherwise it will be pure guess real or imaginary or plain bluff.
tell tell and tell na

Re: a shining star from Max's college / B.U.?
It is quite simple. If you claim that I work at the White House, then you are claiming to disclose my place of employment. That is a violation of my privacy, and is not allowed by the forum policy. No proof is required from you or from me in that matter.Marathadi-Saamiyaar wrote:Let us say that I say that you work at the WHITE HOUSE. "absolutely discourages the disclosure of personal information of other members." It does not say...any CLAIMS OF DISCLOSURE...." people are free to claim anything...
I am claiming that you work for Rahul Baba... on contract preparing bells, whistles, and charts...
I am also claiming that you are a multi-millionaire (heck might as well make you a Billionaire) who goes to Hawaii on vacation every 3 months...
now what?
